Your license

Mizzen is a one-time purchasethat grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the app on your own Macs, for personal or commercial work. The license key is yours, please don't share or resell it.

Updates

Your license includes updates delivered through the app. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Refunds

Not happy? Email hi@petersindex.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Acceptable use

• Only scan sites you own or are authorized to test.
• Don't use Mizzen to attack, overload, or probe sites without permission.
• Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its license keys.

No warranty

Mizzen's checks are advisory and provided "as is." A passing scan is not a guarantee your site is secure or bug-free, and a check may occasionally be wrong. You're responsible for what you ship.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, petersindex is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Mizzen, and total liability is limited to what you paid for the license.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here.
